From the Lab to the Leadership Table
My career began in science.
I trained as a Cell and Molecular Biologist, earning my PhD and spending over 20 years working across the US, India, and Singapore in global pharma, research, and academia. I lived inside complex systems, high-stakes decisions, and intellectually demanding environments.
What I observed consistently wasn’t a lack of intelligence or effort.
